Zusammenfassung
Ausgehend von der jüngst durchgeführten prospektiven Kohortenstudie in deutschsprachigen
klassisch-homöopathischen Praxen sowie der Datenlage von klinischen Studien zu Kopfschmerzen,
werden eigene Erfahrungen aus 20-jähriger homöopathischer Therapie von chronischen
Kopfschmerzen anhand verschiedener Kasuistiken beschrieben. Hervorgehoben werden die
Bedeutung von Traumen bei der Chronifizierung sowie die bewährten Indikationen Bryonia beim Migräneanfall, Natrium muriaticum bei Migraine accompagnée und Natrium sulfuricum beim postspinalen Kopfschmerz.
Summary
According to a recent large-scale documentation of medical homeopathic care in Germany,
headache was among the 5 most frequent diagnoses in adults (migraine and headache
even leading in adult females). As a contribution to the ongoing discussion therapeutic
observations of 20 years homeopathic pain-therapy in clinic and general practise are
reported. Esp. the importance of former accidents in chronic migraine ist pointed
out. The reliable use of Bryonia and Natrium muriaticum in accompanied migraine and Natrium sulphuricum in headache after spinal anaesthesia/lumbar puncture are suggested for further studies
in this field.
